On November 19, the California Air Resources Board had a hearing to consider the proposed engine emission regulations. No decision was made and it is not certain whether the existing plan will be revised to a more sensible one that allows passenger boats to transition to lower emission engines as technology becomes economically feasible. However, we do know there will be a final hearing in the coming months and your support is greatly appreciated.
